Outrageously talented Irishman Andrew Maxwell, an intrepid social commentator, is renowned for his unique blend of comedy and socio-political observations. Dublin born but now London based Andrew is the host of The Comedy Store's now legendary "Maxwell's Full Mooners" Late Show.

Andrew has been busier than a fiddler's elbow, continuing to sink his teeth into the sharp end of life he recently filmed 'Conflict Revolution' for BBC Northern Ireland. A programme based on his Edinburgh Fringe show when Andrew told how he found himself agreeing to perform for the IRA!
He released his first DVD in Ireland which went to the top of the charts and sold a record number of copies. His Full Mooners Show reached new heights in a haunted theatre in Alexandra Palace. To make sure the taste of danger was never far away he performed at Dublin's maximum security prison 'Mount Joy' in Dublin, which he stormed despite early signals that he could be beaten up and hung out to dry!.
And there's the French Alps where the comedy and music festival 'Altitude' was held for the first time (www.altitudefestival.com). Andrew devised the festival alongside comedy pal Marcus Brigstocke - which features both English and French comics, bands & DJs. The festival is growing into a huge success.
Andrew is one of the finest comics playing live right now. Never afraid of taking comedy to it's limits he continues to tickle grey cells and funny bones in equal measure. Hard hitting, opinionated, original, punchy and rioutously funny if you see his name on a bill you shoudn't think twice.
