Our Music Story

Live music has flourished in the enticing show environment of The Glee Clubs since 2002. Birmingham, Nottingham and Cardiff all regularly stage touring shows, where a broad spectrum of singer-songwriters, indie-rock, pop, electronic, jazz, roots, blues, world and spoken word artists perform. The venues are now universally acknowledged as key venues to play for International touring artists, who require distinctive and meaningful destinations, where the desired and mercurial connection between artist and audience can be created.

The essence of music at The Glee Clubs is best expressed by the artists who have performed over the years, including winners and nominees for the Mercury Music Prize, Ivor Novello Awards, Grammys, BRITS and Adele for an Oscar! Musicians are often seen on Later…with Jools Holland, heard on BBC 6 Music and BBC Radio 2. At Glastonbury, Green Man, Latitude and End Of The Road festivals, and written about in the The Guardian, Pitchfork, Uncut and Mojo, amongst many others.
