Homelessness is no laughing matter, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun while you’re helping us to make a difference.
We’re hosting our very first Stand Up for Shelter Cymru this July and can promise an evening packed with entertainment, with all proceeds going towards Shelter Cymru’s vital work in support of those facing or experiencing homelessness in Wales.

“CONSISTENTLY HILARIOUS” ★★★★ – Broadway Baby
Double Chortle 2019 Award-winner, star of All Filla No Killa podcast, and the Welsh quarter of the multi award-winning Gein’s Family Giftshop – Kiri Pritchard McLean
“Making powerhouse stand-up from the thorniest of subjects” – ★★★★ The Guardian
Plus Welsh legendary comedian Mike Bubbins (‘Hilariously gifted, truly funny’- Rhod Gilbert).
Every 20 minutes, another person in Wales becomes homeless. Shelter Cymru supports individuals and families who are either living in poor housing, facing/experiencing homelessness or already rough sleeping. Last year, 19,640 people in Wales were helped by the charity, including 7,132 children. Buying a ticket will ensure that Shelter Cymru can continue to help people in housing need.
So Stand Up for Shelter Cymru and join the fight against homelessness in Wales. Thank you for your support.
With special thanks to our sponsors Pobl Group for making this event possible.
