Glasgow-based Yvonne Hughes brings surprising and well -written hilarious stand-up comedy material with some one-liners flung in with jaw-dropping effect. Yvonne is on the writers team for BBC Radio Scotland’s Breaking The News and is the MC of the successful Giggles Fae Glasgow Show which sold out at the 2024 Glasgow International Comedy Festival. Yvonne is a regular on Scotland’s comedy circuit but has also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe, Manchester Women In Comedy Festival and Leicester Comedy Festival.

In 2023 she Beat The Frog in Manchester’s Frog and Bucket Gong Show. She would have won the clap off were it not for a pretty decent Darth Vader impersonation.
