Glaswegian storyteller Chrissy Ross juggles his university education alongside his burgeoning stand-up comedy career. Chrissy first dipped his toes in comedy through live podcast shows. Recently he has supported Gary Faulds on his Scottish tour, was Scotland’s entrant for the UK student comedy awards in 2019 and completed his debut run at 2019’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Chrissy in his exuberant and amiable way discusses redefining modern masculinity, why he’s romantically defunct or the insane misadventures that have frequented his life from the seven seas to student life.

Seeing Chrissy is to experience a comedy set full of hysterical entertainment with insightful musings from one of Glasgow’s brightest up and coming stand up comedians.

He has hosted and performed as an act for comedy clubs such as Breakneck Comedy, Sidesplitters Comedy, Gag Traders, The Stand, Monkey Barrel and his regular nights at The Glee Comedy Club & Laldy Comedy Club in Glasgow. He also has hosted the MMA UK Live show and Giving It Laldy videocasts on Facebook where he has interviewed stars from across UK light entertainment and world MMA stars.

He is currently performing his debut show ‘Hesitation Remarks’ throughout Scotland as well as supporting his friend Gary Faulds on his sold out tour, including venues such as the SEC Armadillo.
