Please read our terms and conditions of booking at The Glee Clubs. These terms and conditions apply to all venues: Birmingham; Cardiff; Nottingham; Glasgow and Oxford. Our weekend comedy shows are produced "In-House" (Comedy Carousel, All In Comedy, Friday Night Comedy and Saturday Night Comedy). For all other events, The Glee Club sells all tickets as an agent on behalf of the organisers, promoters, artists, venues or producers of an event (referred to as a "Promoter"), subject to any other terms or conditions applicable to that event.
1 : BOOKING & TICKETS
We highly recommend booking in advance for all shows to avoid disappointment. Advance bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. All bookings & orders are non-refundable once made. However bookings for all of our Friday Night Comedy, Saturday Night Comedy, Comedy Carousel & All In Comedy shows are transferrable, using MYGLEE. Transfers are subject to a £2 per ticket fee and are transferrable up to 1pm on the day of the show. The shows you can transfer your tickets into comprise the equivalent Friday Night Comedy, Saturday Night Comedy or Comedy Carousel shows, or a cheaper night (eg Saturday transferred to Friday, or Friday to Thursday). Please note that bookings to comedy, music, cabaret, burlesque, spoken word or talks tour shows are not transferrable or refundable once made.
If an In-House event is cancelled or rescheduled, you will receive an email with details of how to obtain a refund if you cannot make the rescheduled date. For rescheduled events, your email will state a deadline before which refund requests must be received.
For events organised by an external Promoter, decisions to change or cancel events are the responsibility of the Promoter. The Glee Club cannot guarantee to inform you of any change or cancellation of any event or be held responsible for refunds or for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation. We will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible, and this will be via email. In urgent instances you may be contacted via phone.
2 : ARRIVING FOR SHOWS
Our venues do not use tickets – please arrive with your whole party and quote your booking name on the door to gain entry. Times of arrival are given at the time of booking, whether via the box office or online. Any customers arriving after the last time of arrival may be admitted at the duty manager’s discretion and this may be at an appropriate time so as not to disturb any other customer’s enjoyment of the show. We reserve the right to refuse admission to latecomers and to resell any unused tickets. If you arrive late for a seated show you may be offered any remaining space and this may be standing room. If you arrive with less people than originally booked we reserve the right to reassign any unused spaces. We cannot guarantee pre-orders will be honoured if you arrive late, and refunds will not be given
3 : ADDING TO A BOOKING
To make an addition to an existing booking for a show with allocated seating you must inform The Box Office by telephone as soon as possible and absolutely no later than 5pm on the day of the show, except Sunday shows – please inform The Box Office by no later than 5pm on the Saturday prior. Such additions are subject to availability.
